Retro Store: Indistrieel

Most of the items on sale here are what steampunks and dieselpunks would call “design goals”.

Indistrieel is a design store that comes highly praised in any media to do with the town of Middelburg, and rightfully so.

While the store does sell some more mainstream and popular design pieces and a few accessories, most of their items are what steampunks and dieselpunks would call “design goals”.

Bar stools in leather upholstery with working chains and pedals. Miners lamps turned into home lighting elements. Tables in wrought iron with cog shaped wood counterpieces, lamps that look like they were made from the wreckage of the Nautilus itself. Bags, wall clocks, artwork, they have it.

And while none of this is cheap, it’s not nearly as expensive as you might think.
