Chris Moore is a British artist who has illustrated everything from (science-fiction) novels to LP covers.
Born in Rotherham, South Yorkshire in 1947, he studied graphic design and illustration, including at the Royal College of Art. He went on to design book and magazine covers as well as album covers for artists such as Fleetwood Mac and Rod Stewart.
It wasn’t until 1974 that Moore started working in science fiction, creating covers for the novels of Isaac Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke, Philip K. Dick, Kurt Vonnegut and many others.
