In fact, I'll make a separate fashion section, so we can add more relevant links and resources specifically for steampunk and steam-era fashion.
This account on instagram is only vintage photos, mostly from the Victorian era, but some from a little later as well. Which is excellent if you are doing research into the fashions of the era.
The Pursuit of Power: Europe 1815-1914 by Richard J. Evans is a very good work on the period that Steampunk plays on.
