New: Genre Tropes
I've added a new tag to organize what I call "genre tropes".
These are themes or ideas that regularly appear in steam- and dieselpunk fiction.
So far, I have:
- Nazis in Antarctica
- Nazis on the Moon
- Art Deco
- The Shadow of Nazi Aesthetics
- Nazi Supersoldiers
- Victorientalism
- African Adventures
A disproportionate amount of Nazi stuff... But then, this is dieselpunk.
I'm working on:
- Big trains in the snow
- War airships
- Strange aircraft of the Third Reich
- Lost civilizations

Yaghish, per your recommendation, I've also started a very early draft called "Mysteries of Mars" and I'm working on a "Soviet Union in Space" story that will feature, among other things, the Soviet colonization of Mars.
